Flow Assurance Study
Making sure the well-to-export system actually flows — through every operating case.
We model the thermal-hydraulic behaviour of the production system to identify and design out flow-stopping risks: hydrate formation, wax and asphaltene deposition, scaling, slugging, erosion and liquid loading. Steady-state and transient analysis covers start-up, shutdown, turndown and depressurisation, so the system stays operable across its full envelope.

HAZID — Hazard Identification
The earliest, broadest sweep for what could go wrong.
A structured, workshop-based study run early in design to surface hazards — process, external, environmental and occupational — while the design is still cheap to change. HAZID delivers a ranked register of hazards and the actions to carry into detailed design.

HAZOP & SIL
Systematic process-hazard review, then the right level of protection — proven.
We facilitate IEC 61882 HAZOP studies that examine the design node-by-node and deviation-by-deviation, then carry the findings into SIL determination and verification under IEC 61508 / 61511. Using LOPA, we set the required integrity level for each safety instrumented function and confirm the design meets it — no over-engineering, no dangerous gaps.
